Each session is tailored to the clients needs and may include a number of modalities. The sessions are therapeutic in nature and not designed as a relaxation massage, although you may still fall into deep relaxation. Generally the client will feel the benefits of the session immediately and continued improvement is not uncommon.
We focus on enhanced athletic performance, acute and chronic pain management, muscle balance, lymphatic movement and feeling better.
